Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel anytime, online

Go to Account → Manage billing → Cancel plan. You don't need to contact us. Your plan won't renew and you won't be charged again. You keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for.

No refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, and all payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months and unused questions, except where a refund is required by law. The Free Trial lets you try the Service before paying.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged in error (for example, charged twice), write to [email protected] and we'll correct it.

If we close the Service

We'll email you at least 30 days before, stop renewals so you're never charged again, and keep the Service open to you through the end of the period you've paid for.
